How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Because each item is made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll happily offer a free replacement or a refund.

To get started, submit a request through our contact form within 14 days of delivery. Please include your full name and order number. Once we verify your order, we’ll follow up with next steps, including requesting a photo of the issue.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, so please double-check the size chart before placing your order.

If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

No problem—we’ll make it right.

Submit a request through our contact form within 14 days of delivery and include your full name and order number. After we verify your order, we’ll ask for a clear photo of the issue and take care of the rest.

Can I exchange an item?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. Since everything is printed on demand, the best way to get a different size or style is to place a new order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel or make a change, contact us through the contact form as soon as possible. Include your full name and order number. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Do your shirts shrink?

Our shirts are pre-shrunk, but like most cotton blends, minor shrinkage is possible if washed or dried on high heat.

For best results:

• Wash cold

• Tumble dry low or hang dry

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping times and fees vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Will the print fade over time?

Our prints are designed to last. Following the care instructions will help keep your gear looking good for many games to come.

If it fades because you play a lot of pickleball—that’s kind of the point.
