We make every item to order, just for you. Because of that, we keep our return policy simple and fair.

When we’ll make it right

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered. We’ll gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund if the item is damaged, the print quality is flawed or incorrect, or you received the wrong item.

To get started, please initiate your request by filling out our contact form within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your full name and order number. Once submitted, we’ll verify your order and follow up with next steps, including requesting a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

When returns aren’t accepted

Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size ordered, change of mind, items that have been worn or washed, or normal wear and tear.

We know sizing matters—please double-check the size chart before placing your order.

Our approach

When something goes wrong on our end, we aim to fix it fast. In most cases, we’ll send a replacement first so you can get back on the court sooner. If a replacement isn’t the right solution, we’ll take care of the refund.
